As a mental health practitioner, I take a holistic, person-centered, and strengths-based approach in my work with clients. In our sessions, we will identify any presenting mental health concerns, develop individualized goals, and implement a plan together to help you feel better, reach your goals, and improve your quality of life.
I am trained and proficient in numerous counseling theories and techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Practices, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Reality Therapy.
I have experience working with populations dealing with a number of presenting concerns, including but not limited to; ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Self-Identity, Anger Management/Emotion Regulation, Grief/Loss, and more.
Both in-person and Telehealth options are available.
