Through mental performance coaching, we collaborate using evidence-based interventions to help you reach your goals. Together, we tailor a personalized toolkit of strategies aimed at optimizing your performance and well-being, on the court and off.

Classes & Workshops
In addition to therapy and coaching services, I also offer classes and workshops for athletes, groups, and teams on a number of topics geared towards promoting positive mental health, well-being, motivation, and performance. Classes and workshops can be selected from a number of options, or we can collaborated to tailor-make a course that fits your group's specific needs. |
